This policy applies to all services offered by Raizen InEx, including:

• Interior design and renovation services

• Exterior design, elevation, and construction services

• Turnkey project execution

Material procurement and supply

• Clients may request cancellation of a project or service at any stage by notifying us in writing or via email.

• Cancellation requests are subject to review based on the stage of execution and materials already procured.

Refund Structure:

• Pre-Execution / Planning Stage: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits (if applicable)

• Material Procurement Stage: Refund after deducting costs of purchased materials and third-party charges

Execution / Work in Progress Stage: Refund on a pro-rata basis after deducting labor, material costs, and other incurred expenses

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in the following circumstances:

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies)

  • Unsafe site conditions or non-compliance with project requirements

  • Non-payment or breach of terms by the client

  Clients will be notified promptly, and refunds or adjustments will be made based on work completed and costs incurred.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.

• Refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days after approval, using the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.

• Any bank charges or transaction fees related to the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
